Colin Patrick was beyond helpful. We exchanged emails and due to a very tight timeline we were working under some pressure to complete the process. When we made a decision and told him we were on our way he was waiting for us in the lobby area. He was absent the normal artificial approaches you sometimes receive with dealerships. He was genuine and happy for us. If we buy another Audi we will seek him out. Thank you Colin! The only thing that we would say that was slightly disappointing was the speed in which the finance department completed our paperwork. The decision to buy the car was made and financing was complete prior to our arrival from our Credit Union. Ryan finished it and was very nice but we had to drive 90 minutes each way and were there at least that long. This had nothing to do with Colin. More
