I was shopping for an EV and from my experience at other dealerships - not everyone is well versed on the new tech. But Tony knew just about everything when it came to these cars. The communication was great and he was very transparent and honest with just the right amount of pressure. Kapleton in finance was also great to work with. He did a great job explaining the details of my lease agreement and anything I signed. He was also very thorough when explaining the different service plans that were available. More importantly, he was consultative with recommendations that would work best for my situation. More

I had a weekend emergency battery replacement on my S5. I called and spoke with Oscar and they worked me in that Saturday morning. Oscar was experienced, calm, and got me back in my car in a reasonable amo I called and spoke with Oscar and they worked me in that Saturday morning. Finally they cleaned up my very well before retur ing it to me. They didnt try and oversell and were really straightforward. Also believe it ir not i got over 11 years out of my battery. Colin went above and beyond to get the car prepped and to make the transaction as seamless as possible. He negotiated top trade value. I went home and noticed several paint imperfections that I didn’t notic make the transaction as seamless as possible. He negotiated top trade value. I went to a local detail shop I’m knoxville and obtained a quote for the repair, I sent it to Colin as well as his manager Pete. Within 2 hours he and Audi Atlanta sent me a check for the full about of the repair. I can’t give even praise to Colin and the staff. They are a top notch operation and employ the best people in the industry. I’ll be a customer for life and always support him. More

Kudos to my Service Advisor Chris Lee. In March of this year my car timing belt broke on my 2018 Q5 and damage the motor to the point where it had to be replace totally. Chris was helpful in contacting the company and explaining the situation. He called me to let know that they had agreed to replace the motor free of charge . Through-out the whole process Chris kept me informed without me having to call him from the loaner car to updates on when the new motor would be in, to the finish repair.
