I have not owned all that many cars in my life, but I have purchased a few like this one which were late model trade-ins purchased in differing market conditions. I worked with Kha Tran on this purchase have purchased a few like this one which were late model trade-ins purchased in differing market conditions. I worked with Kha Tran on this purchase, and he was by far the easiest and most comfortable salesperson I can remember working with. He was a true gentleman, was honest, fair, diligent, and responsive and a pleasure to get to know. He was quick to answer any questions and researched the car's history for me while also retrieving the second key fob from the previous owner. He worked repeatedly with the service technicians to resolve one issue and ultimately provided a solution that I was very happy with. Audi Atlanta has an excellent associate in Kha, and he should be commended for his excellent customer service. More
