I recently traded my 2021 A7 for a 2021 Audi RS7. This was my first time dealing with this particular dealership and or my sales representative, Casey Graber. Buying or trading cars can be a stressful experience. Not knowing if you're going to get a good car or a fair deal is always, a concern. Casey was absolutely the best car sales representative I've ever dealt with and I have dealt with plenty. She gave me lots of time and space and I never felt pressured. But at the same time was efficient in getting me the information I needed. They were also very fair on my trade and the finance manager Mr. Wolf handled all the paperwork and gave me all the options which suited my needs to make this transaction and purchase a breeze. I would highly recommend. More

Our family has purchased two used cars now from the Jim Ellis auto group over the past year due to our children becoming licensed drivers. The first vehicle has been a great vehicle for my daughter but unf Ellis auto group over the past year due to our children becoming licensed drivers. The first vehicle has been a great vehicle for my daughter but unfortunately the second vehicle purchased did not work out for our son. The great news is that the dealership manager was amazing to work with and made the second purchase work out for us as well.
