Audi Atlanta continues to out perform our expectations. went in Monday morning unannounced for service advice. Raymone saw to it that as good customers we were helped. Our coolant leak turned out to be more serious than anticipated on our seven year old Q-5. We met with Gustavo about a possible purchase of a new or used car. He was most professional and answered all questions. I was in town for only one day and wife two hundred miles away. We made the decision to buy a new Q-7as we had driven one as a loaner last year. A big decision and difficult process as we had to get everything done that day basically over the phone. Many thanks to Gustavo,Patrick and the crew there. I was given an A-5 loaner to drive home as it dark and Beth wanted a different wheel selection. Gustavo drove down the next day and gave us a good training session on our new Audi. The General Manager, Michael Gerbick, introduced me to Micah, who helped me find the right car. Micah not only found me the perfect car but also got me a great deal.
