I had high expectations of the Audi brand, but Gerry Martel surpassed them all. Gerry handled the entire process of my new Audi purchase with world class service. He is very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the Q5, was very attentive and responsive, and most importantly I never felt rushed. I had originally planned on having my future maintenance done at a dealership closer to my home. Gerry explained the benefits and convenience of having my car serviced at your dealership, and now I plan to schedule my future service appointments at Jim Ellis Audi. Gerry also helped me program my car when I came to the dealership to pick it up. I appreciate his time and attention to detail. Walked into Jim Ellis Audi dealership to take a look at the car they had listed on their website. They still had it in the inventory so I took it for the test drive. I liked the car and told them that I wa the car they had listed on their website. They still had it in the inventory so I took it for the test drive. I liked the car and told them that I want to trade my car and that I had to go back to work but for them to work on the numbers, send it back to me and I'll get back to them. I get the email at 3:10pm, I spoke to Chris at 3:31pm and told him that I will proceed with the credit application. At 3:35pm I get the email from Chris with the link for credit app. Took me 15-20 minutes to fill it out and Chris told me that they will have the numbers in an hour. I get a call from Chris at 4:48pm asking to come in put the deposit because some else is interested in the car and wants to buy it, I asked him for the numbers and told him that I can tell him over the phone if I agree to the numbers and then come in and pick up the car. At 5:30pm Chris called me back again and told me that his manager (Masud Wiggins) is really pushing him because someone else wants to buy the car and that I need to put the deposit, I told him that I don't understand what's the issue, they just need to give me the numbers and I will do it, I asked to speak to the manager but he said that he was on the phone and that he will call me back, which of course never happened, typical sales move and I wouldn't expect more from this terrible dealership anyway. So I get in my car and start driving to the dealership, Chris called me as I was pulling in,(5:53pm). I walk in and he told me the manager will come and talk to me, I'm sitting there for 5 minutes and nothing is happening, I stand up and go by the office, asked Chris to come out and asked him what's going on. He told me that the car is probably sold, I told him that I don't need to talk to the manager but need to know if it's sold or not, he goes back in check with Masud Wiggins (all this time I'm standing in front of manager's office that has glass window and he can see me but does not want to come out) and comes out telling me that the car is sold, I was so angry that I just turned around and walked out without saying anything. This is the worst dealership ever, please avoid it if you can and especially Masud Wiggins and his useless sales tactics. More

Due to a communication error, we were unable to test drive a vehicle at the scheduled time. However, Rick went above and beyond to assist us and rectify the situation even though we were interested in o drive a vehicle at the scheduled time. However, Rick went above and beyond to assist us and rectify the situation even though we were interested in one of the least expensive cars on the lot. He was more than kind, understanding and professional. I would recommend Rick to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Jim Ellis Audi. We would not hesitate to purchase a car from this dealer, and specifically from Rick, in the future. More
Everybody was very helpful and made me and my wife feel very “at home”. We have purchased/leased a number of cars from Jim Ellis over the past 15+ years, but even though it has been a few years since the l very “at home”. A special Thanks to Tracie Dean and Quintin Jagor, who was extremely helpful. It was also nice to see Chris in service that has been helping us with for years and it is comforting dealing with the same person. I like to mention that we like in Gwinnett County just north of Audi Gwinnett, but because of the great service and fantastic people at Jim Ellis Audi, we gladly drive the extra miles to purchase and service our Audies at Jim Ellis Audi. We had a wonderful experience purchasing our vehicle at Jim Ellis with everyone involved, but especially with Neal Davis. He was very personable, polite, informative, and patient with us as we worked to na Jim Ellis with everyone involved, but especially with Neal Davis. He was very personable, polite, informative, and patient with us as we worked to narrow down the many different vehicle choices from various dealerships. He followed up with us regularly and answered all of our many questions. He is a real asset to your organization, and I will not hesitate to highly recommend your dealership and Neal to friends and family. I have to mention that I had two very serious strong contenders, the Q5 and a Land Rover Evoque. We drove both vehicles twice, but wanted to spend a bit more time with each vehicle (a test drive is just a taste). We asked both sales representatives if we could bring the vehicles home overnight, and Neal made the necessary arrangements, which allowed us to spend more time with the Q5, and ultimately sealed the deal. Bringing the vehicle home was not an option with Land Rover. When making a large purchase, one should be allowed more than a 10 minute test drive. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility! The team apparently understands and lives by this expression. This is our second great experience buying from Jim Ellis, and we are ecstatic, because we could not have ordered a more perfect Q5. We could not have worked with a more accomodating staff. Wow! So what's the big deal, right? I mean, you just happened to have the cars that appeal to us and a courteous team...nothing special about that....unless the competition can't seem to pull it off, I'm thinking. Well that's our story, and we're sticking to it. The Jim Ellis team did just a little bit more, took a little bit more care in building a car that we screamed yes to, but that's not all. You went out of your way to ensure that this car was MADE AVAILABLE to us, when other plans for it were already in development. That collectively is "the nickle more" that makes Jim ellis first class. Real talk, real people. Cliche'...not at all. Thanks Jeremy...again! Thanks Rachel for having our back!
