Warranty Repair I originally took my Audi A6 to Audi Atlanta on April 10, 2017 due to excessive timing chain noise from the engine. During the first two weeks the ca I originally took my Audi A6 to Audi Atlanta on April 10, 2017 due to excessive timing chain noise from the engine. During the first two weeks the car was at the dealer the timing chain noise was misdiagnosed as the motor mounts needing replaced. I picked up the car and immediately returned it due to the original issue still existing. It took another week before they correctly diagnosed the timing chain tensioners as needing replaced per the Audi TSB. It took another week before I got my vehicle back. After 4 weeks of being at the dealer and replacing the engine mounts and the timing chain tensioners, I picked up my vehicle and noticed that it now had a vibration and resonance coming from the engine bay above 2,000RPM. I believe something to be misaligned after the engine removal and reinstall. I called Audi Atlanta and I returned the vehicle on May 18th to have the latest noise diagnosed. While I was there I had the opportunity to show one of the service techs what the car was doing and he agreed that it wasn’t normal. I received a call later in the day and they told me they found a heat shield loose and had secured it then retuned the vehicle to me on the evening of May 18th. Upon my drive home with the vehicle I noticed no change with it as it still is making the same noise and vibration coming from the engine bay. I once again called Audi Atlanta and made another service appointment for May 30th to have the issue diagnosed again. I arrived at Audi Atlanta on May 30 and dropped off my vehicle to have the noise and vibration diagnosed again. I, once again, was able to show the same service tech what the car was doing. He agreed that it still was not right and that he remembered me from before. Believe it or not after they called and told me the vehicle was ready, when I went to pick it up there was still no change. I then was able to show the original tech that did the chain tensioner work what the issue was since he was the one that took the motor out and put it back in. He was able to resolve the issue. After driving the vehicle for a couple weeks I noticed that my garage floor had oil spots on it. I discovered that the belly pan on the car was soaked with engine oil and was dripping through it and the passenger side lower control arm, axle boot, and frame rail were also covered in oil. I have once again returned the car to Audi Atlanta in hopes that they can resolve this additional issue they created when they replaced the chain tensioners. I very much do not recommend this dealer for service as they keep creating more problems then they solve. It's absolutely ridiculous I have had to return this many times to have things fixed that should never have been created in the first place if their workmanship had been better. More
Completely Worth the drive After more than 3 months of searching for the perfect replacement for my 2016 Nissan (I searched and test drove everything from Land Cruisers, RR Evoq After more than 3 months of searching for the perfect replacement for my 2016 Nissan (I searched and test drove everything from Land Cruisers, RR Evoques, GS470s, 530XI wagons, Mazda CX-5, etc) I kept finding myself trying to find a nice, clean Audi wagon. While there were a few with limited service histories within 1-2 hour drives of me, I stumbled upon 3 really nice A3s at Audi Atlanta and sent them a web inquiry. While most dealerships take hours, days and even (for some really bad ones) weeks to get back with me, Travis Shapira gave me a call within 3 minutes of asking for more information. They agreed to give me a reasonable trade allowance on my vehicle, which sealed the deal for me taking the 6 hour drive to see them. Travis stayed in constant communication with me during my travels to Atlanta, and even stayed more than 1.5 hours later than published dealership hours to ensure that I was able to drive as many cars as I wanted to. He was exceptionally educated on all aspects of each and every vehicle and was educational without being pushy. I ended up finding a vehicle that I thought would fit my situation well, and he stayed in contact with me for the next day while I did additional research on the vehicle and made my decision to purchase. At no time did he treat me like "just another buyer," - his level of professionalism and passion for the brand and the products were exceptional. One of the best dealer experiences I have ever had. The finance team was also great. They were fun, easy going, and willing to offer all products and packages and were never hesitant to remove a product when I declined. If you live with 15 hours of Audi Atlanta, and are in the market for a new or used Audi product, Jim Ellis Audi is the only place you need to go. You will not be disappointed. More

Timely, efficient service I needed to bring in my car nearing 45k miles for service. I checked in with Dave, and he quickly got my car in the queue for service. I mentioned I was concerned about the oil comsumption. He offered a loaner, and advised it would be a few hours before completion. I was home for a short while before Dave called to tell me the service was complete, and they found no issues. He did note that Audi would run the oil consumption test again to make sure it is within guidelines. Service was very efficient, a great value as they added in coupon discounts, and cleaned up my car upon delivery. I can't say enough good things about the dealer, service department, and courteous and helpfulness of Dave Campbell. More
