I bought a CPO 2024 Audi S4 sight unseen over the Internet. The car that arrived at my doorstep 2000 miles away that exceeded all my expectations as far as material condition goes. However, the clutch for the manual transmission was damaged by the shipper. Audi Atlanta could have left me at the mercy of the shipping company to attempt to resolve the problem, but instead of running away, the Sales and Service Department team stepped up to make it right, regardless that it meant taking an overall loss on the sale.
