I had a great experience with Kha Tran. I was looking for a new car after selling my Rivian, but I was between a CTSV and an Audi RS3 or RS6 Avant. I was looking around at great deals in the area and reached out about an RSQ8. Kha picked up the phone at 10:30 at night, to my surprise and spoke to me about options answering every question that I could possibly have until nearly 11:30pm. I have never, through my 8 different car purchases had someone so diligently and patiently work for my benefit. Kha explained that Audi Atlanta had a great selection and he was sure to find me one or at the bare minimum get one sourced for me. As promised, they had a wonderful blue RS3. I didn’t want to stand out and wanted the simple colors. Apologizing to Kha, I refused the car and explained that I’d need a car within the next several days. He apologized and said that between shipping and getting everything situated it would be at least three days before he could get anything for me. Instead, Kha told me to wait until tomorrow and he would call me back with a solution. As I had previously told him what I was looking for in a car, Kha spent the night sourcing me a White, black optics package 2023 RS3 and found one that was $8,000 under market value in North Carolina. It was a heck of a drive, but exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 above and beyond. Due to the circumstances, Kha did not receive my business last Tuesday, but he received an Audi loyalist’s maintenance schedule and personal dealer preference. I could not possibly have this amazing car if it weren’t for Mr. Tran. I very much look forward to doing business with you for years to come. Expect my RS3 in for it’s regular service intervals.
