Jim Ellis delivers the best After conducting an oil consumption test, the Jim Ellis service department consulted with Audi and determined that extensive work needed to be done on After conducting an oil consumption test, the Jim Ellis service department consulted with Audi and determined that extensive work needed to be done on my 2011 A4 Quattro that included replacing the pistons and associated hardware. While doing the work they also replaced the timing belt, all done at no cost to me. I was provided a loaner car for the time it took to complete the work and the car was returned to me in tip top condition, as usual, washed and cleaned to boot. More

Best price, hands down. I did my homework, looked at lots of options (Volvo XC60, Mercedes GLC300, etc.) and decided that the Audi Q5 was the way to go. Feature to price rati I did my homework, looked at lots of options (Volvo XC60, Mercedes GLC300, etc.) and decided that the Audi Q5 was the way to go. Feature to price ratio falls in the middle between the Volvo and Mercedes, but the Audi made my heart flutter more than the other two. So I did my homework and studied packages and features to figure out what I really wanted this vehicle to have. Then I went through Costco and Sams Club pricing to see what kind of deal I could get. Costco referred me to another Audi dealer that I won't name--let's just say they are SOUTH of Atlanta. I drove all the way down from Forsyth County because they promised to same me money and offer some great services, but their deal was less than stellar. They knew my budget, did not offer much of a discount even with the Costco affiliation, and wanted to tack on extras such as $200 for nitrogen in the tires! I kind of ended up back at the drawing board and tried the Sams Club angle instead. They were looser in the dealer referral process than Costco, so through a couple of initial contacts, I ended up working with Ryan Asmer at Audi of Atlanta. Not only did he give me the Sams Club discount, he ended up knocking twice that again off the list price of a better vehicle. So I got a Q5 Prestige at a price lower than a Premium Plus at the other dealership! Everyone I dealt with at Audi of Atlanta was helpful and nice, and made the buying process as smooth and efficient as possible. I look forward to dealing with their Service department and a long relationship. More

First service on Audi q5 I brought my Audi Q5 in for its first service and to check out a mechanical noise. My service advisor, David Maddox, was very friendly, thorough and e I brought my Audi Q5 in for its first service and to check out a mechanical noise. My service advisor, David Maddox, was very friendly, thorough and efficient. He had a service manager come right over to test drive the vehicle to address the mechanical noise and arranged for a new Q5 loaner so I could run my errands and work while they performed the needed services. This is a top notch service shop with great people looking after you. This my second car that has been maintained by Audi Atlanta and this service team. I am grateful for their dedication, expertise and efficiency. PS. I appreciated the opportunity to set an appointment online and that a appointment manager called me to confirm the appointment, the work to be done and that they would have a loaner for me. More

My last 5 vehicles have been BMW until I purchased the A5. Great sales experience.. Not much inventory so I had to wait for the right vehicle to come in but I was OK knowing I got exactly what I wanted.. My Great sales experience.. My only complaint was that when I picked up the car the fuel tank was not filled and I did not receive both fobs right away.
