Through a mutual contact, I was introduced to Ethan Dibble and he assisted in finding a vehicle that fit some loose parameters. After a handful of calls and text messages we had the car, the basic parameters of a deal framed out and all that needed to happen was a test drive. Having never owned an Audi, I just needed a test drive - I showed up at the dealership, took it out for a spin, and got the deal done in short order. The overall experience with Ethan was educational/prescriptive and did not include a bunch of haggling back and forth, which was appreciated. The experience then transitioned to Michael Gerbick who took over the remaining portion of the sales cycle, walking me through warranty and extras. Similar theme, he offered guidance and transparency in the warranty coverages and financing process - there was no heavy pressure in any way. Certain aspects of the car buying experience are still challenging, but friction points that were tied to the human component of the buying process was great. More
