One you know where to go...Good Service When you walk into the service center it is very overwhelming. You see a bunch of desks and you have no idea where to go. Disappointed Worst customer experience I've ever had. Just after purchased my Q5, 1. Found a weird sound every time when speed up to 24-26, and I can feel on the Worst customer experience I've ever had. Just after purchased my Q5, 1. Found a weird sound every time when speed up to 24-26, and I can feel on the pedal there are two clicks. 2. The day I picked up my Q5 was raining and I turned on the windshield wiper and found out it was not clean the window properly. I contacted Louis Long and we scheduled a time to meet up and check the car, when I arrived he said he was busy with other customer and I was asked to go to the service, that' s fine, if I need to go to the service by myself why would you scheduled a time and no show? Then i went to the service, De'Andre Holton met me and was on the car with me, so I can show the issue I found. He said he never had seen that issue before. That made me worry. He promised that someone from service department will call me on the next day, and they will need to the check on the car while they will provide another car for me to use. When I was about to leave, I saw Louis Long and De'Andre Holton explained what's going on. The next day, no one call me until 11, I called the service number since I will be out of town at 2 pm. I can the service desk, and they collect all the information and said they will get back to me shortly. About 30 minutes later, I got a call from Audi service, and the guy on the phone said there is nothing wrong with my car. I was really angry at that point, first I am not sure how you can identify there is nothing wrong without any check. Second, De'Andre Holton, the service guy was on the car with me yesterday, he said that need to be checked out. Who should I trust? I called Louis Long, I clearly said, I can not accept the service like this. I can not agreed the way they work. I said, I need to return the car. Then Louis Long started to put my issue on the higher priority. Louis Long helped me faster the process and said someone will check the car. When I arrived, someone was on the car again then i show him the issue, he said that is normal for all new generation Audis. Then he drove another new Q5 to approve his word with me. When Louis replaced the wiper for me, I queried on why we didn't have same issue on the test drive car. He replied: I am a sales person, I don't know the technical. The words he replied is right, he doesn't have a lot technical knowledge, but if this is happening on all new generation Audis, should you know that as a sales person, what if customers who have not paid their money and have the same question, are you going to say, I am the sales person, I don't know the technical. As a customer, overall, I can say this is the worst customer service I've ever had. Maybe I pay my money too quick. I will not recommend this service center and if someday I would like to get a new car, will not choose Audi, since a good product consist of good product and good service. When you pick up your new car on the way home and released the wiper is not even clean up as your old car, you will be disappointed. When you paid off your money and no one takes care of you until you say I want my money back, you will be disappointed. More

Wasn't trying to upsell expensive or unnecessary options. I would have given five stars but I waited a significant amount of time in the waiting area before seeing the finance department. More
