I didn't need a replacement car for a day (they offered). Instead, the dealership offered a Lyft ride back to my home, and also arrange for pick-up with Lyft when the car was ready. On top of it all, they cleaned and washed my car. This is my 4th Audi that I purchased from this Jim Ellis dealership, and with customer service like this, I will never look anywhere else. More
