The salesperson (Sonia) greeted me with a smile and asked was there a particular vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle I choose was an A3 and she knew everything there was to know about the car. During the test drive I learned that she also drove the same type of vehicle and was very happy with it. She was very down to earth not pushy or fast talking. After discussing the financial particulars and settling on a price going through paperwork was quick and easy. Although I did not get the best deal I would have liked I appreciated the fact that they wanted my business and worked hard to get me in the vehicle that I choose. If you decide to visit this dealership ask for Sonia. She will take great care of you! More

Although I was not able to get the deal worked out to fit my finances, working with Audrey was the best experience I've ever had in car shopping, and I've bought A LOT of vehicles. She was always courteous, offered suggestions and advice, friendly, funny, all without typical salesperson pressure and being annoying like most are. I WILL continue to explore their offerings in the future solely because of her and her help. More

Incredible experience - Served, not Sold! I recently purchased a previously owned car from this dealership. Admittedly, as a female, I had dreaded the presumed experience and "expected frustr I recently purchased a previously owned car from this dealership. Admittedly, as a female, I had dreaded the presumed experience and "expected frustration" of dealing with a salesman that would overwhelm my day, time, and week/month with endless calls and texts of harassment to 'close the sale.' I was completely inaccurate in my presumptions! Vincent Mathis had a gregarious personality and was unobtrusive in his sales demeanor; I actually felt as if I was being "served", instead of being "sold!" THEN, a week after I purchased the car, I realized that I had only received one 'smart key'. I called Vincent to ask if there was another key there; it was not! I was already planning on the further expense and having to go through the process of obtaining another and having it synced. Vincent suggested that he attempt to contact the previous owner and see if they had another key. I, honestly, wrote that off; after all, the "sale" was already completed. He actually followed up, found the other key from the previous owner, and sent them a Fedex envelope to send it to me! They did, and I am unashamed to admit that I was completely incorrect in my initial presumptions. The known marketing/sales statement: "A happy customer will tell one person, but an unhappy customer will tell ten" may well be accurate. However, in my case, I am incredibly satisfied with my entire experience, and I will tell 100; I have already reached ten! Thanks so much Vincent! More
