The first thing I will say is that car buying does not have to be stressful or feel like you’re being ripped off. My Jeep Grand Cherokee was coming due on it’s lease and I had been eyeing a smaller Audi SUV for some time. Audi Atlanta had a few models on their lot that looked good, so my husband and I stopped in on a Saturday morning to check them out. My husband had spoken to Jaelin Redfearn briefly on the phone the day before, and he was there to greet us that morning at the dealership. He was polite, friendly and more than anything seemed entirely invested in making sure I got into the exact car I wanted. We honed in on a beautiful Q3 and I knew even before the test drive that it was the car I wanted. We took it for a cruise and when we got back, we sat down to discuss numbers. Jaelin and his team worked with us to meet our needs and ensure the financial side of things would work for us. During the process, I never once felt like we were being taken advantage of. If anything, I felt reassured that we were getting the best deal possible and that Jaelin and his team were doing everything they could to meet us where we were. When Jaelin handed us off to Antonio to close out the finance side of things, we were so thrilled to work with someone who was clearly attentive to moving quickly, answering all of our questions and getting us back to our lives and schedules as fast as possible. When it comes to getting a new car, I always prepare myself for an all day affair. The team at Audi Atlanta isn’t going to prolong the process any longer than they have to – once we settled on the car I wanted, I was driving away in my perfect Audi in less than 3 hours! That is lightyears ahead of any previous car buying experience I have ever had. All of this to say, the dealership was also incredibly busy. We were not the only people there working to get into a car and yet we felt like the team was solely focused on us and our needs.
