Brain made my experience flawless! I called him in Monday when I decided I was ready to upgrade my 2015 Q5. We set up an appt on Tuesday and about 4 hours later I was driving off in my I called him in Monday when I decided I was ready to upgrade my 2015 Q5. Tiana was amazing. I inquired about the etron GT online at 8am on a Saturday she reached out 30 mins later. She was kind and helpful every step of the way.
