I had the most amazing service by Ryan Waggoner. My car was beeping for no reason and no one could figure out why it was happening. Great professional service from Lisa Taylor at Jim Ellis Audi. Was highly knowledgeable with the e-tron that we were interested in. Provided us with all purchase options, both new and used. Had me test-driv Audi. Was highly knowledgeable with the e-tron that we were interested in. Provided us with all purchase options, both new and used. Had me test-driving within 10 or 15 minutes, which was fabulous! Unfortunately the limited range of the e-tron does not make it feasible for us; hence we did not purchase. But will definitely reconsider once range gets up around 300 miles. And we will definitely use Lisa again. More
