Bought a certified pre-owned Q7, found issues with side assist and pre-sense. It took a month for the issues to be fixed. Luckily, Mr. Arthur Pigford (Sales) has been there with me thru out this bad ex assist and pre-sense. It took a month for the issues to be fixed. Luckily, Mr. Arthur Pigford (Sales) has been there with me thru out this bad experience. He helped and escalated the issue to service manager. I am wondering now if all the certified pre-owned vehicle really gone thru the over 100 points inspection like they say?? More
