Arthur was a pleasant change from other previous car buying experiences. He was easy to talk to, had infinite patience with us and our questions. As it turned out, the color exterior and interior came up and showed it was the only car being delivered that day. He helped us secure it until it actually reached the lot. I felt he was very honest and I believe gave us the best price he could. He had the car ready for us when we went to pick it up and went through several set ups with us including syncing both of our phones. I really appreciated his direct and respectful demeanor. He was nice and kind, patient and intelligent. I also appreciated his followup call to us today to see how the drive home went. He also set up a “learning” class for us to make sure we know how to take advantage of and use all the car’s features. I would certainly recommend him to anyone interested in buying an Audi at Audi Atlanta.
