I had been looking for a nice used vehicle for quite some time and was very hesitant in buying from a dealership out of state. I had previous experiences with other dealerships where they were not honest an time and was very hesitant in buying from a dealership out of state. I had previous experiences with other dealerships where they were not honest and made me feel like a “sale”. Early Pickett at Audi Atlanta was awesome. I live 800 miles from Atlanta, so I really needed someone that was patient and thorough, and Early went above and beyond! He explained in detail the entire process and was very patient if I didn’t understand. He took time out to facetime me with the vehicle and showed me all the features of the car. He ensured I reviewed the Carfax and even walked over to the service department to ask my concerns. I felt welcomed from the 1st day I inquired about the vehicle, arriving in Atlanta to driving away with my vehicle. I know this review is lengthy, but I am still at awe from the service I received.
