I’d been searching for the right Audi Q5 for a couple months. The pickings were slim in North Carolina for cars that met my high standard. I expanded my search and decided to look in Atlanta since I’m th months. The pickings were slim in North Carolina for cars that met my high standard. I expanded my search and decided to look in Atlanta since I’m there often. I found what I thought could be the perfect vehicle online and made the trip down to see it. My husband and I arrived about 45 minutes before the dealership closed and Colin greeted us as if we were his first customer of the day. We let him know which vehicle we were interested in and he arranged the test drive.He also showed us other cars that may be a good fit. Even though at this point the dealership would be closing in 10 minutes, there was no rush and we had Colin’s full attention. We completed the test drive and I knew this was the one! I’d secured my own financing through my credit union, and it was a Saturday, so I wouldn’t be able to provide the funds until the following Monday. The finance manager provided other financing options directly through the dealership, but I decided to stay with the credit union. I left a deposit for the car and had the bank send the funds for the car and Colin made sure I was kept in the loop the whole time. Because I was heading back to NC, we made arrangements for me to come back down to pick up the vehicle. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I’d definitely work with Colin again and purchase another Audi from this dealership. More

Customer Service Great. Gus was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. I like seeing all the car models in the showroom.
