Most everything was taken care of before I arrived, save for a few signatures. She got me out quick after going over some features of the car and was very personable. The fish rots from the head down at Audi Atlanta under the management of Michael Gerbick. After purchasing an Audi e-tron in August 2024, I was promised a spare key. Despite endless runaround, I received the management of Michael Gerbick. After purchasing an Audi e-tron in August 2024, I was promised a spare key. Despite endless runaround, I received nothing but excuses and delays. A package supposedly containing the key was sent in late October and lost, with UPS confirming its non-delivery. A refund was issued, but due to Audi Atlanta's failure to declare the full value of the package, I was offered only $134.40. The most interesting is that when speaking with a UPS management Michael Gerbick admitted that someone from his team made the mistake and did not declare the entire value of the package of $508.57 at the moment it was shipped out but he avoids admitting it to me. This dealership's mishandling and unwillingness to rectify their mistake is unacceptable and unprofessional. Michael, is the $375ish really worth it? Save yourself the headache; don't trust Audi Atlanta. More
