I am always treated well there. It is always great service! It took over an hour and a quarter for an inspection, which was estimated to take only twenty to twenty-five minutes. I would not allow anyone in Franklin to touch it. I have a Toyota FJ. Had it's first service at Barkley Toyota in Asheville about the same time and they too exceeded my expectations. Both Asheville Audi and Barkley's Toyota dispel the rumor, the thinking, that you're better off not taking your vehicle to the dealer because the dealer will take advantage of you.
