My service rep, Kyle, was very friendly and professional. The service department repaired my Audi and did a fine job. We worked with an excellent Brand Specialist from the initial internet contact through new Audi Q5 delivery. Karina was very thorough and responsive to our many questions despite being end of the month initial internet contact through new Audi Q5 delivery. Karina was very thorough and responsive to our many questions despite being end of the month busy. She thoroughly and patiently explained the many features of our new Audi.
