Traveling across country, we had a warning light appear. Stephanie at Audi Peoria said "Come In" even though their schedule for the day was packed. Issue was addressed and fixed. Staff in the service center were kind enough to let me bring in my 7 month old puppy, Rosey, into the waiting area and let her run free - helping me out tremendously as I was not sure where she and I would be able to hangout while car was in service. Took my car in for service on Tuesday the 15th of Sep. They returned my car with a cracked windshield all the way down in front of the drivers view! I spoke with and showed it to the service advisor Steph They returned my car with a cracked windshield all the way down in front of the drivers view! I spoke with and showed it to the service advisor Stephanie. She said she would call me after talking with the Manager. She has not and is not returning messages I left in her VM! It is now 5 days later!! Horrible service!!! Will never return for service or to buy my new vehicle!! More
