This is my 3rd vehicle from Audi Peoria. The sales people, finance and management employees have always been excellent, which is why I continue to return. I want to particularly thank Michael Knapp for being there December 26, when many people were observing Christmas Day. He was wonderful to work with. He was relatable, friendly and honest. They do not offer the service level as a luxury brand, ride share are limited to distance, no loaner, no car wash after service. The Good: Audi Peoria quickly acknowledged an engine oil leak on my 145,000 mile TDI would be covered under the "dieselgate" emissions warranty. It took 3.5 weeks to repair. That was fine as I was given a v leak on my 145,000 mile TDI would be covered under the "dieselgate" emissions warranty. It took 3.5 weeks to repair. That was fine as I was given a very nice, new loaner to use in the interim. As they were doing repairs more work was deemed necessary and they took care of it. Generally I am very satisfied. The service advisor was always quick to respond to my status requests, even during a holiday and other non-work hours. The Not As Good: I also had the battery replaced at my expense. It was difficult to get details about the type of battery. I wish the dealer gave me more detail about it, because I wanted to make sure I was getting one that was as good as the original (which lasted nine years!). I also had the service department provide 10,000 mile DEF fluid service, but this was not detailed on the service documentation. My only written confirmation was in a text after I followed up about it. More
Update computer for rear camera recall and somehow lost my phone, albums and SiriusXM! Not happy.
