The service department is somewhat "hit or miss" regarding communication with the customer about needed repairs. The service adviser was minimally proficient at articulating the needed services. Near the conclusion of the service, he sent a text indicating my vehicle needed various repairs to the tune of over $3,000.00. The irony is that I had already had most of those "needed repairs" completed almost a year prior. When brought to his attention, his response was that he " . . . needs to remember to look at the history . . .". I would think that might be the first place to look. Finally, he practically begged me for a five star review. When I indicated that I can't predict my rating when I haven't seen the questions, he just shrugged and said, "they're standard questions. I just want the 5 stars". Pathetic. More

If I could give them zero stars I would. I spent over $10,000 last time I was in here on my Audi.
