Knowledge about the Audi mechanical and technology by the Service advisor was very useful. Unfortunately, while waiting for a specific mileage service, the Service Advisor reccommended a tire rotation. I pur Service advisor was very useful. I purchase my tires through a very well known Arizona Company, Discount Tires, which I visited just 1 day prior to Service for a possible road hazard. They said that a Rotation would NOT be needed for another 3000 miles. Causes doubt with Audi Technician evaluation and another client was also told a rotation was necessary. I had the wheel alignment done at this dealership just after I got my new tires. Was my alignment done by this Audi technician??? Also was advised to have spark plugs replaced at milage service but just had them replaced within 18000 miles at another Audi dealer!? More

Our service rep (Stephen) was horrible. Initially he was polite but after we checked in, we could not get information from him. We live 2 hrs away and tried to find out if the car would be Initially he was polite but after we checked in, we could not get information from him. We live 2 hrs away and tried to find out if the car would be ready same day or if we should go home. He said he would call. Nearly 2 hrs later we called him and he was flippant saying we were "not a priority over people waiting" and did not have an estimate for us. When I explained we had to drive 2 hrs one way, he was nonchalant about our time and said "that is why you have a rental" (causing us to drive a total of 8 hrs for two trips). We had our 18mo old granddaughter with us which is why we asked for a loaner so we could take her places instead of getting into everything at the dealership - I have always been given a loaner and received my car back the same day. I felt insignificant and frustrated. After a 50k mile service and almost $2,000 later, I will be going to a different dealership (prior services at this dealership were not much better). Ever since we purchased this car, the service has been less than acceptable. My next car will probably not be an Audi due to how these folks treat us! More
