My intention was to buy a year old car to save money. After consultation with him, he advised me with total professionalism that because of special offers, he could actually get me a brand new 2019 A4 at the same price of the previously owned one. I could not be more delighted. He even arranged to get me a a color which was in fact in shortage. Nevertheless, he was able to find one for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. Vahid. their total focus is on customer retention and they do their best to make sure to operate with a standard that could help them achieve this objective. This past weekend was my first experience buying a car at a dealership. I was very impressed with the care and attentiveness I received from Mr. Shawn Vahid. I relayed to Mr. Vahid my budget requirements an a dealership. I was very impressed with the care and attentiveness I received from Mr. Shawn Vahid. I relayed to Mr. Vahid my budget requirements and what I was looking for in a pre-owned vehicle .....and, after discussing options with me and showing me a fair amount of inventory, he was able to place me in a car that perfectly matched my requirements and price point. Overall, the level of customer care he provided was outstanding -- it exceeded my expectations. He was gracious, patient, flexible and accommodating, particularly in view of the fact that I made some last minute changes and 11th hour requests. If I could give Shawn Vahid 10 stars, I would....but it looks like 5 is the max! I've already recommended Audi Arlington --and Shawn in particular -- to one my close friends who is also in the market for a new vehicle. I agreed to purchase a 2019 A6 for exactly the asking price. I agreed to finalize the purchase before the end of the month (30 Dec 21). On 30 Dec 21, I drove 3 hours to finalize the deal. My financing had been approved by my credit union, the check was being sent overnight. I sat down with the salesman to complete all the necessary paperwork, as we were finalizing the paperwork the salesman informed me that they were required to check my credit to "verify I was who I said I was", I found this to be very strange because a credit check doesn't "verify" anyones identity. Salesman was adamant that it's a requirement and even pulled out some old document they had typed up to try to convince me. Additionally, they wanted me to sign a document to allow them to release my information to their "partners", which I refused to sign. So the salesman went to get his sales manager, who attempted to convince me to sign the documents. I stated I would not sign and he stated "if you don't sign we can't do the deal", I asked them to return the deposit I had given them and walked out of the dealership. I then contacted my credit union to stop them from sending the check overnight since I walked away from the deal. Apparently they wanted to shop my credit score to their lenders for a commission. Again, I'm not here to bash their service or any of their vehicles. Just sharing my experience. So again, don't fall for this nonsense and more importantly Audi of Arlington, stop with the lies and sell cars not financing!!!!!!!!!! I have never had an experience this horrible with an Audi Service Center...ever. I dropped my car off on Nov 4 (after 3 other attempts and no loaner available). Although on the 4th I saw a loaner on the lo Service Center...ever. I dropped my car off on Nov 4 (after 3 other attempts and no loaner available). Although on the 4th I saw a loaner on the lot I was denied use of it and was told that it was their “shuttle”. I called several times, when I was able to get someone to answer I would get transferred to my service advisor’s voicemail to await his return call. As a remedy I went in to try to catch him in person. He advised me that each diagnosis would cost me 2 hours of labor. When he finally called me 4 days later he apprised me that it was driven and they couldn’t diagnose my concerns. When I called back to follow up he told me he would try to get to my ticket by Friday. When I followed up on Saturday he still had no update. When I followed up on Monday he told me that it would probable cost around $6000 to do engine work but still had no diagnosis. I told once he had the diagnosis to call it in to my warranty company. He advised that he did not accept car shield and would not call in the repairs. Then he proceeded to send me and invoice with multiple charges for labor he admitted had not been performed. I later contacted Service Manager, Suhaylah Adebo. She agreed that I was being overcharged and that they did indeed accept Car Shield and she would call the repairs in. They took days to do this and failed to report all the repair concerns. I apprised her that I would need to have my car moved to another repair facility. 3-4 more days of unanswered calls, and 2 weeks with no vehicle I had my vehicle moved elsewhere and went in to handle the Payment with Suhaylah Adebo. I questioned her about several discrepancies of charges which I confirmed were inaccurate. When I pressed record on my phone she refused to speak with my any further. I told her I would close out the Bill and picked my spare key up off the counter at which point she grabbed my hand with both of hers and tried to yank and scratch the key out of my grip. When this failed she took my cell phone and threw it on the floor behind the cashiers desk. When I walked around to retrieve my phone she slammed the door on my foot and hand all while withholding my phone and accused me of stealing my key. I attempted to hand her my card to remit payment and handle the discrepancies at a later time but she refused until I returned my key in order for her to return my phone back. After assaulting me and talking my property she had her colleague call the police and falsely accused me of stealing. They still have my spare key and nobody has returned my call to attempt to resolve this matter or apologize for her actions. More

I’ve had many issues when trading in my 2017 sti for a 2019 sti. 1. They knocked off $2k from my trade because they had to replace the brakes and tires. Yet they posted the car with nothing replaced. They also lied and tried to bring my trade in value lower because they had to paint my dings… they didnt paint anything on the car or repairs the dings on the newer car.LIARS! 2. My 2019 sti had a plethora of issues that was not disclosed when I asked if anything was wrong with the car. I live 3 hours away so I trusted them, my mistake, to tell me all the details and when I saw the car, it was night time so it was hard to inspect. -The car has HAIL DAMAGE -There was many dings and dents - 3 wheels are bent and the car shakes when going over 50mph -The front lip is cracked - The trunk gets stuck when opening sometimes - They drilled 4 holes in the front bumper 3. They charged me with a $2k RECON Fee just to have a messed up car thats not reconditioned at all 4. Ive tried calling them to speak with a manager to pay for the hail damages and 3 bent wheels. All I get back is “Just leave a message and they’ll call you back.” It’s been about 2 weeks now of me calling and I’m getting no where. More

I worked with a guy named Eric Nguyen a while back and had nothing but disappointments. I wanted to get a 2nd car as a graduation gift to myself since I just finished my master’s degree so I was very exci had nothing but disappointments. The excitement quickly faded as he started the interaction by walking right past me to help an older white couple that was just looking around and then didn’t come over to help me until his manager forced him to come over to me. Then when he did finally talk to me, he tried to upswell me (which I expected from a sales person) but then asked demeaning questions as if I couldn’t afford the cars I was interested in. I had looked things up before coming in and was pre approved so I knew exactly what I wanted and what my payments would be. When we ran the numbers on the vehicle that I was interested in, he came back with inflated numbers that were way higher than the expected payment for my credit and a car at the price I was looking at. When I questioned his calculations, he refused to give me a breakdown for how he got to his number and then proceeded to try to embarrass me as if I couldn’t afford the car. I left very disgruntled and bought the exact same car with lower miles and more features someplace else. I’ve had several Audi’s and I’ve never had such a horrible experience. It’s sad that people have to deal with such prejudice and demeaning comments to spend their hard earned money. I hope Audi begins to closer evaluate the people who represent their products. More

I went in Tuesday for a tire replacement under road hazard since I bought the tires from them. It took a while but it was taken care of. The problem is that when I got home I noticed leaking coolant un hazard since I bought the tires from them. It took a while but it was taken care of. I popped the hood and saw the coolant reservoir cap was removed but replaced (it was in the engine compartment which indicated they had taken it off during the multipoint inspection and not replaced it) and another module cover was removed and not replaced entirely. I called the service section that same day asking for a service manager to relay that the tech provided less than quality service and request they send back the part they didn’t replace. I was told Suhaylah would call me back but she not within an hour or two so I called back and was told she was busy. I sent Chris the pictures I took of my engine compartment the moment I opened it and he confirmed the problem. Since then I’ve texted in response to Muhammad when he asked how the service was (the advisor that was assigned to the service) the same info and pictures and called daily asking for someone to fix the problem and send me the cover No one responds or calls back. Another service manager (he said there are more than one manager for the service section) Will said he would take care of it and hasn’t called back. To make matters worse, since I rode my motorcycle most of the week since Tuesday, I learned on Saturday (16Oct) that my coolant reservoir cap was not just removed and not replaced but it is leaking as well. I’ve talked to Chris, Will, and Muhammad and nothing has happened. Service managers won’t call back to resolve a pretty easy issue if they just try. I’ve emailed their care team email and gotten no response. I don’t understand how a business would entirely neglect a customer. Audi Arlington, please return the party you removed from my car and please fix the damage your tech did to the coolant system. Please start by returning my calls and requests to handle this directly. Took vehicle in for wheel alignment. Prior to picking up vehicle, technician stated that my left front wheel bearing needed replaced and quoted about $1800 for the repair. I declined (because I know how to vehicle, technician stated that my left front wheel bearing needed replaced and quoted about $1800 for the repair. I declined (because I know how to change it myself) and picked up vehicle after the alignment was completed. They NEVER mentioned that the front left wheel was removed. About a week later, I was in the process of changing out the wheel bearing when I realized that I was missing the locking lug nut. Seems like they replaced it with a regular lug nut (NOT GOOD). I sent an email back to the technician and haven't heard since (it's been over a week). I also called the Service Dept and left a voice mail on the Manager's phone and haven't gotten a call-back. I sent another email to the "care" team (cc'ing the technician again) and still NO RESPONSE. To top it all off, the left front wheel bearing didn't fix the problem. Turns out it was my RIGHT front wheel bearing that was bad. So what would have cost me $3600 from Audi, I was able to repair it myself for under $500. Do yourself a favor and DON'T take it to this SERVICE DEPT. They don't know what they are doing and will likely mess up (lose or steal) your stuff. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! More
