I sent an email to the care team on 4/29. I got an automatic response saying I would be contacted shortly. Not sure how long shortly is but no one has ever contacted me. I called the office on 5/5 ask the receptionist to speak to the GM. She put me on the phone with a manager not sure exactly his name maybe Chris. He took my info said he would contact someone and would call me back. Another person who I contacted that has advised me that they would give me a return call. And yet another failure on Audi Arlington to return a call. This has been going on since my date of visit on 4/12. Tomorrow will be one month.
