Contrary to the information on the website, they were out of loaner cars and did not offer any alternate means for transportation outside 5 miles. I was told there would be a 4 hour wait before they could ev of loaner cars and did not offer any alternate means for transportation outside 5 miles. The service manager sent me a link to watch a "video" of my car, but the video was of a different car, not mine. Finally, I asked to check for a fluid leak and nobody mentioned at any time whether they found or even checked for the leak. More
