Very bad experience with management of this dealership. I just purchased a new RS Q8 from this dealer, very easy transaction out of state purchase over the phone. The finance manager was very rude and disr I just purchased a new RS Q8 from this dealer, very easy transaction out of state purchase over the phone. The finance manager was very rude and disrespectful on how he was speaking to me. I purchased the car over the phone and scheduled to get it picked up by truck the next day. When the car arrived it was not washed and it was completely empty it had 5 miles before the car shut off. I made an easy sale for them for $150K wire transfer and the level of service was just awful. More

Courteous staff providing attention to work details. The detailed video of the work completed by the technician is great as I have never received such update in California. One disappointment RE SQ5 tir The detailed video of the work completed by the technician is great as I have never received such update in California. One disappointment RE SQ5 tires. During my 9/07/23 10K mile maintenance, I had a detailed conversation RE whether or not I needed alternate winter/snow tires. At that time, it was confirmed that the existing tires on the car on 9/07/23 were 'all weather' tires and I would not need to purchase snow tires for the winter season. Much to my disappointment, on my 11/27 appt to replace a front tire, I was told that all tires on the SQ5 were NOT all weather tires and I would therefore need to purchase 4 winter (all weather) tires if I wished to do so. To this point, I have a scheduled appointment to purchase & install 4 winter tires however, I am disappointed that the original 'all weather' tire details provided to me on 9/07 were inaccurate.
