So far, I’m sort of disappointed that the vehicle needs so much work and they haven’t checked it out better before delivery. Things I had no way of knowing before I bought the car. I purchased a pre-owned BMW vehicle back in February 2023. I choose the dealer since they maintain thorough inspection and stand by with their quality. But i am wrong. The issue is, I took the vehicle t 2023. I choose the dealer since they maintain thorough inspection and stand by with their quality. But i am wrong. The issue is, I took the vehicle to local BMW dealer for an oil change and they noticed issue with the oil plan and recommending me to change complete set which cost me 3K plus. I have reached out to Audi dealer (MAT) to look into this issue but no response. More

My wife and I entered your dealership hoping to obtain the target vehicle, a 2014 jeep Grand Cherokee L and were told someone is already in line to purchase it only to fall through.
