Extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The only bright spot was Tyler Pilz was excellent to deal with and very helpful. The problem, though, was the "mechanic side" of the d dealership. The only bright spot was Tyler Pilz was excellent to deal with and very helpful. The problem, though, was the "mechanic side" of the dealership. Oil change was not completed. Worst of all the main recall item that was to be fixed (ie: airbag issue) also was not completed. The seatbelt was left unattached to the seat. I was astounded when I saw that this morning (8/14). Honestly, it worries me that other items might not have been correctly completed/installed. I had four new tires installed....we're they correctly installed...!?? Who knows...? I have no way of knowing. More
