The Audi Allentown service department was incredibly professional and helpful when I was on vacation and away from my home Audi dealership. While traveling on the Pennsylvania Northeast Extension, my 2 professional and helpful when I was on vacation and away from my home Audi dealership. While traveling on the Pennsylvania Northeast Extension, my 2022 Q7's electrical system began to fail. First the yellow battery warning light came on. The quickly changed to yellow and red and within five minutes the warning light changed to solid red. I was able to make it off the highway to a Wawa store. At that point even the power steering failed. I called Audi Roadside Assistance at 1:04 p.m. and was told a truck would arrive within 10 minutes to take my Q7 to Audi Allentown. I also called Audi Allentown service to make the service department aware that my car would be coming in. Tyler Pilz was great. He said he had a good idea that the problem was with the starter/alternator and that Audi Allentown would take care of me. I again called Audi Roadside Assistance at 1:45 p.m. to inquire about the service truck. I was told that the truck would now arrive in one and half hours. At 3:15 p.m. I called Audi Roadside Assistance and was told that there had been a mixup and the truck was now due to arrive in 45 minutes. I called again at 4:15 p.m. and was told that the truck was coming, but that it would be another hour. At 5:30 p.m. Audi Roadside Assistance said the truck had been sent to another location, but another truck was show up at 6:30 p.m. At 7 p.m. Roadside Assistance told me that it would be 8 p.m. before a truck would arrive. At 8:15 p.m. Roadside Assistance said there were no trucks available. At that time I call AAA who picked up my Q7 and took it to Audi Allentown. I was contacted several times the following day by Tyler. A part was ordered and installed three days later, and Tyler arranged to have my car driven from Allentown to my home in Exton, PA. If I could give Tyler and Audi Allentown 10 stars I would. I would give Audi Roadside Assistance a 0. I will never use Audi's Roadside Assistance again, and will recommend to an Audi owner to make other arrangements rather than depend on this service. I strongly recommend that Audi not offer this service to new car buyers. It was an awful experience. The telephone personnel could only read from a script and were unable to think on their own. For more information about the truly unforgivable experience, please call me -- 484-753-3019. More

I truly am not looking forward to posting this review, but I feel that I have no other choice. On 6/11, I bought a used S4 from Ciocca Audi. I was happy with the car and sales man. I knew the car but I feel that I have no other choice. On 6/11, I bought a used S4 from Ciocca Audi. I was happy with the car and sales man. I knew the car was in an accident. The service records were provided solely by Audi Allentown. The previous owner had all services completed there, as well as facilitating the repair to the rear end. About 3 weeks later a friend came to visit me and noticed there was a split in the rear taillight. The next day it rained, and I noticed moisture inside the tail light. I called Ciocca, they told me to bring the car in. I explained to the Service Advisor that I just bought the car and that I knew it was in an accident and it looked like someone didn’t glue it in correctly. I got a video 45 minutes later from the tech. He confirmed the entire taillight was broken and needed to be replaced. He also told me the entire front and rear brakes needed to be replaced. I was pretty shocked. Jade called me to explain their findings. I told him that I just bought the car, and there was no damage anywhere. Jade quickly brushed me off with “You probably hit something, we inspect all the cars.” Well obviously they don’t, because they sold me a car with 3mm brake pads left. I was quoted $3800 for brakes and the taillight, for a car I’ve owned less than 90 days and paid $41k+ cash for less than three months ago. I love the car, just a terrible experience with the dealer. I reviewed the repair notes from the replacement taillight, the tech called out all sorts of glue jammed into it. It was obviously a botched repair job that I know how to pay for. Cole in Service also read the notes and said that when they received the car back from lease, they suggested new brakes, but Ciocca just decided not to do it. Why fix and sell something, when you can just sell it broken and pass the 3k+ bill onto the next guy? If you’re buying a 100k Audi, you’ll probably have a better experience, but if you’re looking for a good used car, they really don’t care. I wish this wasn’t the case. I tried to complain politely but no one really seems to care. More
Jade consistently mentioned several times when my car would be done but failed to deliver in any of the circumstances.
