When I got there I was welcomed immediately. I drive into the bay and was shown to the desk while all the paperwork was ready and explained what will happen. Great experience, getting a loaner vehicle was exceptionally fast and the car was neat and clean, Tyler explained the work that needed to be done and once I approved the service work the part was exceptionally fast and the car was neat and clean, Tyler explained the work that needed to be done and once I approved the service work the part was immediately ordered and came in quick, they kept me up-to-date by text messages, were great with accommodating me with a schedule that worked for me and even texted later that day after picking up my car to make sure all was working properly. I bought my Audi Q3, a slightly used 2023 model, off their internet listing and physical sight unseen. When the dealer delivered it to me, 4 1/2 hours away, it was better than I had hoped!
