The only aspect we were not particularly pleased with - & this is an Audi corporate concern, not any fault of the dealership - was the layout/ details/ implementation of the additional/extended warranty portion of the process. It is somewhat confusing and needs to be amended to make it simpler to understand precisely what is/is not included in each level of the packages. More
