I normally would not take the time to write a review but this dealer deserves it ! Second Audi dealership I looked at and should have been my first! Everyone there is friendly and just makes you feel welcome! Every phone call with Bryan was returned immediately. Justin had both A3's waiting as soon as I arrived and answered about 100 questions I had. It was a great experience working with him. He provided knowledge of the cars and listened to what I wanted from a car which led me to the A4 which I could not be more happy with! Nick in finance as well as Bryan and Justin went above and beyond with every aspect of the sale. Christian did a great job as well explaining every single thing that the car had to offer. I honestly can't thank Justin , Bryan , Nick , and Christian enough!!! This should be the first Audi dealership anyone visits! More

Easy to work with Prior to going to the dealership, I was pretty much sold on a 2015 Mercedes. I decided to stop at Allentown Audi for a test drive, to make sure I was Prior to going to the dealership, I was pretty much sold on a 2015 Mercedes. I decided to stop at Allentown Audi for a test drive, to make sure I was making the right decision. Seth was wonderful to work with. He even made sure the car was cooled down prior to the test drive. (It was excruciating outside that day) He listened to exactly what I was looking for, was knowledgeable about the car, and didn't try to "sell" me on anything I didn't need. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a new Audi A4! Seth made sure I was familiar with the car and all of the technology prior to leaving. I truly enjoyed my experience! If the maintenance team is half as good as the sales team, I will be back for more! Thank you!! More

First time Audi owner I really wasn't sure what to expect going in, as I have never owned an Audi before and my previous vehicle was a 2006 Ford Explorer; but I knew deep d I really wasn't sure what to expect going in, as I have never owned an Audi before and my previous vehicle was a 2006 Ford Explorer; but I knew deep down inside that that's what I wanted to get. Obviously I was new to all the advanced technology involved on newer vehicles and to be honest, very overwhelmed. Jared Nissen, my salesperson was GREAT! Very easy to talk with and made me feel at ease about my new purchase. I was instructed on all the gadgets before I left in my new 2016 Audi Q5 by Christian, one of the very knowledgeable Technologists. Fantastic Dealership I just had to give this dealership a five star rating......And in particular my experience with Dan Maida in purchasing my A5. Dan went out of his wa I just had to give this dealership a five star rating......And in particular my experience with Dan Maida in purchasing my A5. Dan went out of his way for me even after the sale, as I live over 60 miles away from this dealer. I realized I had left my ez-pass in my trade in and that there were no matts in the trunk of my new A5. Dan was kind enough to order me new matts and mailed them along with my ez-pass to my home at no cost. Best car buying experience ever!! More
