Very happy I went to look at a 2012 A4 that I had seen online. When I got onto the lot, I was greeted by Seth immediately. Right away, he knew what vehicle I was asking about, and he went and got it. He gave me a quick overview of the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. He answered all my questions, and like I read in another review, he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was super impressed, and thankful, that he didn't try to have me look at a car that wasn't in my budget. Everyone there was very respectful of trying to meet exactly what it is you were looking for. It was really nice to see how excited everyone there is about what vehicle you want. I kept thinking, but I'm only here for a used car, but they didn't see it that way. They treated me like I was there to get the most expensive car off their lot. Jeff kept telling me, I just know you're going to love this car. And you know what, he was right! Everyone there has pride and confidence in the product they're selling. Definitely go see Seth! He'll take good care of you. Oh! And my car was immaculate inside and out! More

Justin Haas was my salesman and he was such a sweetheart. I had a LOT of questions which he had all of them answered for me by the time I made my decision to purchase my 2007 Audi Q7. I also wanted to express my feelings about their internet team. I had originally inquired about this vehicle online and within 10 minutes I had a phone call and an email from Liz Huddle helping me with information as well. & of course, Nick De Simone helped us get the paperwork all set and also filled me in on extras that the dealership offers to me at no cost and additional offers that I could purchase now or in the future. Everyone there is friendly and just makes you feel welcome! Every phone call with Bryan was returned immediately. Justin had both A3's waiting as soon as I arrived and answered about 100 questions I had. It was a great experience working with him. He provided knowledge of the cars and listened to what I wanted from a car which led me to the A4 which I could not be more happy with! Nick in finance as well as Bryan and Justin went above and beyond with every aspect of the sale. Christian did a great job as well explaining every single thing that the car had to offer.
