Seth picked us up from the airport and we barely even noticed the drive to the dealership took us about an hour because we had great conversations the whole ride there. Seth also was our sales guy so it made the experience great that we were able to connect on another level before going into the office and filling out paperwork. He explained everything thoroughly! He assisted with our Audi connect set-up and then even offered us lunch :o). One small thing about Seth... As a Bostonian, we absolutely dislike NY and their sports teams, and even through all that, we were shocked to learn he has only been to NY once a few weeks prior. SMH Someone please help this man get to NY and really experience City Life! :o) We then met with Nick to go over the financial information and he as well was excellent. He went over all the features of the application/contract and add-ons. He has a very pleasant attitude. He explained everything thoroughly and broke down the financial numbers for every option and even suggested some different options I was unaware of. I ended up purchasing 3 enhancements to my contract and am excited about it. We then met back with Seth who took us to the Q7 and introduced us to Christian who would be assisting with the whole set up of the vehicle. He explained the Audi Connect, Parking assist, cameras, and every cool feature the Q7 comes with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even offered to fly to Boston to help set up our Garage opener :o). Eric came by and introduced himself as Christian was explaining the features. Very good man! At the end of our conversation, he asked if there was anything he can do and I hinted he could throw in a gift since it is Christmas. He jokingly laughed and said OK. He went back into the dealership and came back out with a big gift! Thanks Eric! Overall, the service was extraordinary and I recommend Allentown Audi to everyone. The vibe is very vibrant in there and you can tell everyone, from Sales to Management, have an excellent working relationship with each other and enjoy their job. Very funny group of people. I also want to thank GM Bryan Zanoli and Internet Sales manager Liz for all their help before we arrived to pick up this vehicle today. Together they handled all my questions and made this process as seamless as possible. They were my first contact and over the phone I could already tell I would like this place. Great Job Everyone! I live in central NJ and when I found out that they had a car that I liked on their lot, I emailed them to inquire about it. It only took a few email exchanges with Justin Fulep and Bryan Zanolini to reach a fair deal and so only two days later, I went on a road trip to Allentown, PA to pick up my new SQ5. I was not planning to finance, but their financing department got me a deal that was too good to turn down, so I ended up taking the loan as well. I was very impressed by everyone working there, they really make a great team. Everyone is polite, the sales staff were nice, down-to-earth people and they knew a lot about the cars they were selling. Christian did a great job explaining all the features of the car and even the general manager came to introduce himself and congratulate me on my new Audi. All in all it was a great experience and I only wish I lived closer to this dealership so I could take my new car here for its scheduled maintenance. However, if I ever decide to buy a new Audi, it will be from Audi Allentown. More

Audi Allentown Experience I live in Allentown but work in Swiftwater and have a vehicle that I use for commuting; however I wanted to purchase an Audi for use in inclement weat I live in Allentown but work in Swiftwater and have a vehicle that I use for commuting; however I wanted to purchase an Audi for use in inclement weather. I have owned eight Audi’s since 1986 and since I have experience with Quattro, choosing the make was a no brainer. I wanted to purchase a used vehicle and saw a 2012 Audi S5 that immediately caught my eye. I was greeted outside by Seth Lacy, I explained my situation and advised him I really liked the S5. He gave me the background of the car, was knowledgeable with regard to all of the cars features and had a demeanor that was unlike any other vehicle sales person I have worked with in the past. Based on that conversation, the next thing I knew I took a test drive with Seth after which I knew I HAD to have the car. I told Seth that I wanted to get a quote from my insurance company to confirm the rate and offered to put a deposit to hold the vehicle; however that was unnecessary as Seth arranged it so I would have a week to consider the purchase and acquire the rate from my insurance company. I had secured a vehicle loan through my insurance agency because they advised me that they had recently purchased a vehicle Allentown Audi and that “their rates on used vehicles were high. “ When I returned (with check in hand), I was approached by Nick Desimone who advised me that they had relationships with several lenders and although I was skeptical, he suggested I take the vehicle for another test drive while he looked into the matter. When I returned, I was told that they were indeed to secure a loan at a lower rate. The vehicle was very clean but I noticed a few chips on the front bumper cover which they agreed to repair at no charge. I was presented with warrantee options in a way that made making the decision very easy and as a result I feel very confident in my purchase and trust that they will continue to take care of me moving forward. In less than three days, I received a call from Seth who advised me the bumper had been taken care of, the tires were changed to winter tires as I requested and the vehicle was ready for pick up. Seth asked if I had someone who could bring me to the dealership and when I told him at that time I did not, rather than make me wait he drove to my home and picked me up. When I saw what was done to the vehicle I was amazed. As promised, the bumper was fixed and the job they did detailing the vehicle was stellar. I left with the car and Seth made it a point to drive the summer tires I had replaced to my home and helped me load them into the garage. I would rate my experience with Allentown Audi as excellent; no high pressure sales tactics, personable and knowledgeable sales team, excellent finance and service departments and in my personal experience, a sales person who took the time to ensure that every detail that was promised was delivered. Seth is a true asset to the dealership and based on the overall experience, I would recommend Allentown Audi to everyone. More
