From our initial outreach, we were nothing but impressed by the entire team. Liz was an excellent liaison over the phone, giving us all the information we needed and making us comfortable enough to take the long drive over to the dealership the next day. Upon arriving, we were introduced to Patrick. He was clearly knowledgeable about the brand, as well as the peculiarities and characteristics of each model in the lineup. He made us comfortable right away and applied zero pressure throughout our time with him. He was honest to a fault, and we made our decision pretty quickly that we would be getting our next car from him. Despite being busy with a lot of customers, the entire team was quick to step in and address any concerns. Eric, Jeff, Nick, and Dan all came together with Patrick to help address some additional questions we had about acquiring the vehicle, as well as safety features that would protect our young son. As with Patrick, there was zero pressure on us, and despite having five people at once helping to address our concerns, there was not a moment where we felt any impatience. They only wanted to help. Not surprisingly, we chose to buy the car from them, and the next day we came back to pick up the vehicle. Patrick, despite being off that day, made sure to find out our schedule, so he could come into the office to personally hand us the keys. It was Dan who walked us through the final paperwork. Unlike every other car dealership I've been to, whether as a buyer, lessee, or spectator, we felt neither rushed nor pressured by any "scare tactics" to buy ancillary services or coverages that we didn't need. Dan took the time to patiently walk us through the details of the transaction, explained the commitments that we (and they) were making, and then thoroughly explained what we had as options to consider for any additional coverages or services. In the end, we were able to select some important services that would save us money for expenses that would be coming anyway. It was the best settlement transaction I've had. Finally, Patrick handed us the keys, on his day off, and made sure we had no additional questions or concerns. He was a class act from beginning to end. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Regardless of how you come to them, you'll find uncommon service from everyone there, along with great prices. I'm not sure how you'll ever find a better place to get an Audi. More

I had been looking to upgrade my current A5 with a newer model for months but was having difficulty finding a manual transmission. Both Liz Huddle and Nicole Keating from the internet team have been wonderful, e-mailing me whenever there was new inventory. Liz made me aware of a new A5 manual that had just arrived and I made an apt to see the car right away. Patrick was my sales rep and was enthusiastic and helpful from the start. Patrick worked with the sales manager Bryan Zanolini to help answer my questions and present all options to best meet my budget. After striking a deal that was fair, Patrick took time to walk me though all of the cars features. I had a terrific experience with the team at the Allentown location and look forward to a great relationship going forward. More
