Dan went out of his wa I just had to give this dealership a five star rating......And in particular my experience with Dan Maida in purchasing my A5. Dan went out of his way for me even after the sale, as I live over 60 miles away from this dealer. I realized I had left my ez-pass in my trade in and that there were no matts in the trunk of my new A5. Dan was kind enough to order me new matts and mailed them along with my ez-pass to my home at no cost. Best car buying experience ever!! More

Just bought a new Audi I have been a long time Audi owner (came from Knopf). Just bought a new Audi from Ciocca. The sales staff is wonderful....have owned Audi's for my wh I have been a long time Audi owner (came from Knopf). Just bought a new Audi from Ciocca. The sales staff is wonderful....have owned Audi's for my whole long life . I never post reviews (maybe twice in my life regarding bad airline tickets). I am not into car sales..believe me...always get nervous buying a car. Service means a lot...so hope that will go well. Once the excitement of a new car is gone....service is everything to me. But, people who do a great job deserve credit and they deserve credit. I love my TT. More

I worked with Dan Maida (Audi brand specialist) and Andy Balik (Sales Manager). Dan was extremely helpful reviewing options, interior/exterior color schemes and the like. He found examples in their inventory of the items i was unsure of including the black/brown fine Napa Leather seats. It was important for me to visualize certain options prior to purchasing. He then located the exact car i was looking for. I would characterize Dan as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Andy assisted in the process and was likewise a pleasure to work with. They gave me a fair price without a hassle. I would purchase again from Allentown Audi and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More
