Audi of Allentown, one word – incompetent. Although they have no real facility there; there is a portable trailer in a parking lot and the actual garage is miles down the road, I felt sorry for Although they have no real facility there; there is a portable trailer in a parking lot and the actual garage is miles down the road, I felt sorry for them and though I would give them a try. I brought my Audi in to be looked at because an instrument light was blinking, indicating the hood was not latched. When I brought it in to be looked at I was told that it there was a short in a corroded wire. I then made an appointment to have the repair the following Saturday. When I called Thursday to ask if they could perform the air bag recall repair and if they had the parts I was told yes they could do that, but that I didn’t have an appointment for Saturday. I don’t know what the miscommunication was but they made my appointment for Saturday. When I brought the car in for the repair, after about 45 minutes, the service manager asked if I could show him where the switch was. I said that they are an Audi dealer, don’t they have diagrams that show them where the parts are? Later I was I was told that they did not know how long the air bag repair would take because the technician had never done one before and may need to watch the video, and incidentally they only had one of the parts and that they could not complete the recall repair. I said wouldn’t it make sense to have the technician watch the video before I bring the car in for the repair? Three and a half hours later I was told that they couldn’t fix the blinking instrument light because the switch needed to be replaced and they didn’t have that part either. I explained my inconvenience (this dealership is 1.5 hrs. drive from my home) and I wasn’t sure when I would be able to get back. The following week I told them to go ahead and order the parts, but they told me they had no idea when the air bag part would be in. They said the parts just all of a suddenly show up. An unrelated appointment came up for me near their service trailer, so I asked if they could squeeze me in for the hood sensor replacement. I was told yes, but the repair would take two hours. I said that I was told that the repair would take an hour and explained my previous inconvenience. The service attendant then began to laugh at me and said “I said it would be two hours,” and “Do I want them to fix my car or not?” I left likely never to return. More

The definition of the way car buying should be I bought a used high end mustang from an Audi dealer. I went expecting to be treated like a lower class of buyer. These guys had 200k r8s just sitting outside and here I was buying a used mustang. Complete opposite experience. I was treated top shelf. Bo was fantastic on the phone and in person. He knew I was traveling annhiur and accommodated me every way possible. Complete respect for my time. But t didn't just stop at Bo. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was fantastic. The car was priced right. No haggling and I love to haggle. I value my time and trying to get a salesperson to take a loss is a waste of time. I'm sure Bo would have haggled if I wanted to. He just was the coolest. More

Excellent Customer Service - Bought a CPO Audi A6 3T!! I started looking to buy a Certified Luxury Sedan car last week. Visited couple of Merc , Lexus and BMW dealers locally and around 45 mins drive . I started looking to buy a Certified Luxury Sedan car last week. Visited couple of Merc , Lexus and BMW dealers locally and around 45 mins drive .Received okay customer service with no motivation to buy a car and all of them valued my trade in low. Finally, I went to Audi of Allentown since it is just a mile away from my home with less expectations. Surprisingly, they were able to find a great Audi A6 and made it affordable for me to buy it with decent Trade in for my car. Warm welcome started with nice receptionists. Audi’s Allentown Customer service is great . They make the car buying much smoother with no haggling around. Seth, Marcus, Syed and Nick are awesome and decent guys. Bryan is good and he expedited the car certification process and took care of the repairs he promised me within a day. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to have a best premium luxury car buying experience. This is a Judgmental free place with best young crowd.. I went 3 times to test drive this car in 3 days with 4 of my friends and finally with my family before making this big decision. Special Thanks to Seth for his patience answering so many questions we had about the car and for providing excellent customer service . Hope this dealership continues to provide this greater service in the future to the new customers in our Lehigh valley region. I am just loving my first Audi A6. Great car!!! More

When I made my decision on what I was looking for Nolan went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted. Was very polite and easy going throughout my process of getting my S3. I would recommend this store and Nolan to anyone in the luxury market. More

My plan was to order a car and wait 4 months for it to arrive. They then told me they have a car on the lot very similar. I agreed to buy it and then the experience became rushed. I had to go back home and get my trade-in which I would have preferred more time to prepare. Find all the keys and documents, erase navigation and the phone book, and make sure all items are removed. After coming back to finalize the deal I had to wait a few hours for them to detail the car. After spending about 7 hours at the dealer I was able to go home with the car. I wasn't satisfied with the dealer prep. Their were water stains at spots on the car and a shoe print on the hard plastic on the bottom of the front seat. Nolan, my salesman was very friendly but not know enough about the car for me. I knew I new more after reading reviews on-line and watching You Tube videos. I left feeling I overpaid on the car and got less than I wanted for my car. They asked if I was excited to have the car. I know I will love the car but I didn't have an excitement for it. I was tired and just wanted to go home. I would recommend the dealer however, not for the buying experience, but for the wonderful people in the service department. More
