A great dealership staffed with amazing employees I had been to a few Audi dealerships near me that were trying to help locate the specific 2017 Q7 I was interested in purchasing. One of the two was quick to ignore me after I didn't want to purchase off of their lot and the other was able to locate a car and I put a deposit down, but the staff was outright unprofessional in every aspect of customer service. This led me to keep looking for someone who wanted my business. At first I dealt with Audi Allentown's online staff and once we were able to find what I was looking for I took the 1+ hour drive to get there and sit down with Derek Tyner. He was able to work numbers with the rest of his team and they were able to procure the exact vehicle I was looking for at a better price than any other dealership. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable, and in the end they "won" the sale! More

Don't Judge the Book by its Cover I just completed the purchase of a 2017 A8L from Audi Allentown and wanted to share how pleasant the experience was. I'm not from the Lehigh Valley a I just completed the purchase of a 2017 A8L from Audi Allentown and wanted to share how pleasant the experience was. I'm not from the Lehigh Valley and drove an hour north from my home to look at a car that had all of the equipment I was looking for at a price which was lower than the dealers in my area. I was greeted with the view of their temporary sales building, which I'm told will be replaced with a beautiful new showroom in the near future. But don't be dissuaded by the looks of the dealership. I worked with Derek "Bo" Tyner, a very personable and professional sales associate. He was unbelievably knowledgeable about the car, which was loaded with technology options the likes of which I've never seen. He made me feel welcome, and never pressured for the sale. The Ciocca team was very straightforward about the financing options, and there was no game-playing with interest rates, rebates or total cost of the car. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be and I felt like everyone there operated with the highest level of integrity. So don't judge the dealership by its short-lived appearances. Audi Allentown is a great place to buy a new or used Audi. More

smooth car buying experience I stopped by ciocca originally just to pre-shop. I knew what I wanted - CPO and the A4 and the year. Seth was the available agent that met with me fir I stopped by ciocca originally just to pre-shop. I knew what I wanted - CPO and the A4 and the year. Seth was the available agent that met with me first and I was very pleased with his overall approach and then follow up of what they had available that might fit my needs. After i found one and decided to purchase it the price discussion was amicable and fair. Seth and Nick both did a good job with the financials. Found Seth very knowledgeable about all the "tricks" the new car can do. Would recommend this dealership and Seth to anyone who wants to buy an Audi. More
