When there were issues with getting the car from the Rhode Island port to the dealership, Derek made sure I was kept abreast of the progress. I was able to easily set up an appointment to test drive the new A3 and Seth took the time to explain everything it could do. Before I got to the dealership I was worried that I wouldn't get taken seriously because I am younger but that was not the case at all. Seth talked to me like a normal customer and I genuinely appreciated that. He is a really great guy and I'm glad that I was paired up with him for my second car buying experience. The test drive route was great because you got to drive on "normal" roads but also got to drive on the highway. After the test drive we went back inside and there was no pressure to buy at all. We sat down and talked about the car and what I thought of it, and he showed me some of the accessories that you could get for it. But how can you resist after experiencing the power the Audi has? We were able to work out a deal that fit my budget and I couldn't be any more satisfied. I'll definitely be coming back again once my lease is over to get another Audi. More

He was never pushy and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. He also didn't push the budget I had set and worked really had to find me something that I could afford. He actually listened to what I told him I was looking for and offered suggestions on vehicles that I might like. We looked at 2 vehicles they had on their lot and then searched the other Ciocca dealerships for other cars. Danny suggested a vehicle at another another location and we drove to look at it. At no point during the drive to the other dealership or as we were looking at the car did Danny pressure me to make a decision or make me feel obligated to purchase the vehicle just because we drove to see it. Danny was genuinely vested in making sure whatever car I chose was the right one for me. I ended up loving the car we went to see (Danny suggested the make and model based on the criteria I provided) and we drove it back to the Audi dealership. The paperwork process ran smoothly and Nick from finance was also super helpful and took the time to explain everything without rushing me out the door. Everyone at the dealer was super friendly and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured at all during my visit. I will be purchasing all future vehicles from this dealer and I hope to work with Danny in the future!!! More
