Justin Haas was my salesman and he was such a sweetheart. I had a LOT of questions which he had all of them answered for me by the time I made my decision to purchase my 2007 Audi Q7. I also wanted to express my feelings about their internet team. I had originally inquired about this vehicle online and within 10 minutes I had a phone call and an email from Liz Huddle helping me with information as well. & of course, Nick De Simone helped us get the paperwork all set and also filled me in on extras that the dealership offers to me at no cost and additional offers that I could purchase now or in the future. Everyone there is friendly and just makes you feel welcome! Every phone call with Bryan was returned immediately. Justin had both A3's waiting as soon as I arrived and answered about 100 questions I had. It was a great experience working with him. He provided knowledge of the cars and listened to what I wanted from a car which led me to the A4 which I could not be more happy with! Nick in finance as well as Bryan and Justin went above and beyond with every aspect of the sale. Christian did a great job as well explaining every single thing that the car had to offer. Easy to work with Prior to going to the dealership, I was pretty much sold on a 2015 Mercedes. I decided to stop at Allentown Audi for a test drive, to make sure I was Prior to going to the dealership, I was pretty much sold on a 2015 Mercedes. I decided to stop at Allentown Audi for a test drive, to make sure I was making the right decision. Seth was wonderful to work with. He even made sure the car was cooled down prior to the test drive. (It was excruciating outside that day) He listened to exactly what I was looking for, was knowledgeable about the car, and didn't try to "sell" me on anything I didn't need. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a new Audi A4! Seth made sure I was familiar with the car and all of the technology prior to leaving. I truly enjoyed my experience! If the maintenance team is half as good as the sales team, I will be back for more! Thank you!! More

First time Audi owner I really wasn't sure what to expect going in, as I have never owned an Audi before and my previous vehicle was a 2006 Ford Explorer; but I knew deep d I really wasn't sure what to expect going in, as I have never owned an Audi before and my previous vehicle was a 2006 Ford Explorer; but I knew deep down inside that that's what I wanted to get.
