Being a BMW enthusiast for over 25 years, I found the experience of driving both models exhilarating. Time ran short due to a prior personal commitment so I scheduled a time to return to make a decision between the two models and make my purchase. I was unable to return to the dealership at my scheduled appointment time however when I arrive a few hours late, the Audi team graciously accommodated me by pairing me with Saleman Justin Fulep. Justin was equally knowledgeable and courteous accompanying me on test driving both cars I drove on my previous visit. Justin allowed me to form my own opinion on which model the best fit for my needs, The rest was easy and now I am the proud owner of an Audi A3. More

Professional, courteous and helpful After a year or more of research, I decided to finally test drive an S5. I met with Ross (sales) and explained that I was looking for an S5 a little After a year or more of research, I decided to finally test drive an S5. I met with Ross (sales) and explained that I was looking for an S5 a little older than the one they had on the lot (higher option package), but I wanted to test drive one to make sure it was a car in which I would be comfortable. After test driving it, I decided that an S5 was for me, but was still hesitant on the one they had available. Ross offered to keep an eye out for the car that met all the checkboxes on my list. When he checked back in with me a few weeks later, we talked more about the car they had. He worked with me to get to a place where both they and I could agree and I purchased the car. During the entire process he was always professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the car. At no time did I feel pressured; in fact, every interaction I had with Ross and the other Audi team members was pleasant and professional.
