After I made the first contact, every single interaction with everyone involved was nothing but pleasant and very professional. I only saw pictures of the vehicle but based on the dealership reviews I decided to purchase it without even test driving it. My girlfriend and I flew to Newark and Derek came out to pick us up, this gesture alone was very nice, as the drive from the dealership to Newark is 1.5 hours long each way. The vehicle I purchased was waiting for me in perfect, showroom condition, even though it is a 10 year old Audi. From Derek to Liz and everyone else, I had a fantastic experience and I would make the long trip back again to purchase my next Audi. Thank you! More
