Allentown Audi - Best Overall Exprience to Purschase Car I don't know where to begin to describe the level of service that I received from the entire team at Allentown Audi, since the dealership is actually I don't know where to begin to describe the level of service that I received from the entire team at Allentown Audi, since the dealership is actually over 4 hours away. Most importantly, it's a shame that I have 3 Audi dealerships within 30 miles from my residence, and couldn't get the level of service that Allentown Audi was able to provide me. Either I didn't get a returned phone call, waited 40 minutes in the dealship to test drive an A3, or was told to call back within 30 to 60 days when more of their shipment was coming in. Very sad. It all changed when I emailed Liz Huddle at Allentown Audi about a vehicle that I was interested in. She responded to the many questions that I had and even took the time to take a video with her phone to show me the color of the vehicle and other items it had that I couldn't see from the website. I think I litterely emailed and/or called Liz and Nick in fiance over 20 times, but was always treated and greeted with the utmost friendly and courteous attitude. In addition to the level of service and exceptional deal that I received, it was worth paying the $450 dollars to have it shipped directly to my home in Pittsburgh. A great dealership staffed with amazing employees I had been to a few Audi dealerships near me that were trying to help locate the specific 2017 Q7 I was interested in purchasing. One of the two was quick to ignore me after I didn't want to purchase off of their lot and the other was able to locate a car and I put a deposit down, but the staff was outright unprofessional in every aspect of customer service. This led me to keep looking for someone who wanted my business. At first I dealt with Audi Allentown's online staff and once we were able to find what I was looking for I took the 1+ hour drive to get there and sit down with Derek Tyner. He was able to work numbers with the rest of his team and they were able to procure the exact vehicle I was looking for at a better price than any other dealership. From start to finish, they made me feel comfortable, and in the end they "won" the sale! More
