Knowledgeable, personable, not the least bit pushy, Derek spent most of the day with us on test drives and answering any questions that we could think to ask. In addition to Derek knowing the vehicles and dealership offerings inside and out, he shared with us his rational of teaching his teenager to drive a manual, commiserated with us over the frustration of making insurance policy changes on weekends, and genuinely was a great person to spend a day of car buying with. The best thing I can say about Derek is that we will absolutely be giving him a call when we make our next Audi purchase! More

Eric was fair and to-the-point, Nick seemed to do his required tasks (although I probably would have bought the cilajet if he offered it at $200 - $250), Bryan's involvement had nothing to do with whether I purchased the vehicle or not. Now Derick...what can I say? He was a gentleman and a practitioner of the art of sales. Everything from giving away food that he had bought to support a cause, to being complimentary, to being a hard negotiator (when necessary) showed him to be a thoughtful, seasoned, and able salesperson. He was what I call "nimble" he evaluated our interactions and was able to modify his sales technique based upon my needs and personality. Kudos Bo! It would be my pleasure to work with you again. If I decide to purchase an Audi I will definitely contact you. In the mean time, please let me know if you come across an early to mid 1980's Porsche 911. Thanks, Robert More
