Purchased a 2014 POC Audi A5 Convertible Overall experience was very good. I could kick myself in the butt for not looking more closely at the vehicle, specifically the wheels. Both front wheels were scraped and slightly gouged, especially the passenger side. Probably could have gotten a couple hundred off the price. Oh well. Otherwise car was pristine. Everyone at the dealership I came in contact with were very helpful and very young. The finance guy, Kyle Mundhenk, was a tad pushy with the optional extended warranty packages you could purchase, but I guess he's just doing his job... even said to him that he was putting more pressure on me to buy one of the packages, than the salesman did for me to buy the car. I did not purchase a package. Actually the car sold itself, had nothing to do with Marcus Davis the Salesman. He was very good at finding me a car and called me as soon as A5's came in. He was on top of his game there and did his job well. Only negative was, he always seemed hurried/rushed and didn't spend much time with me going over the vehicle. He programmed my iPhone into the car, but never showed me how it was done, so I learned nothing there. I have the manual and can read, so I'll be fine. Love my new convertible and hoping it will bring me much driving joy in the future. More
